Im sorry but everytime I have taken my dog their they seem confused, unwelcoming, and all in all incompetent. Wanting to take my dog somewhere locally I picked this location, and recently had my dog neutered. I called the night before requesting his rectum glands be cleaned, and told them if he has to take medicine to please give him the right dosages because in the past everytime they give him anything they overdose him and he ends up throwing up. When I went to pick him up, they had told me they had messed up during the surgery that the doctor didn't tie off his little tube and sent him home for us to wait and see if he was internally bleeding. His gums were sickly white, his stitches look sloppily done, he was completely sedated and bleeding from his rectum. There was no apology, just a bill that was made to be paid in full. I took him back the next day they gave him meds for his bleeding which he threw up because they gave me the wrong dosage. I will never return, I will now be going to Summit Animal hospital. In my dogs case they should of kept him over night for monitoring, instead me and my husband getting no sleep, a simple procedure such as cleaning his rectum glands should not of caused my dog to be bleeding. Good luck with your new pet if you decide to go to this place!
