This is written to strongly support my feeling concerning the management abilities of Direct Homes. Unfortunately, I found them at the time I had already made the decision to sell my house in Aurora, Colorado, for several reason, including unsatisfactory prior management problems. Even though Dave and Nancy knew they were taking on a difficult situation, they did a superb job. I just wish that I had found them years earlier. It would have probably made a big difference in the bottom line. Thus if I were to venture long arm into the Denver management market. I would most certainly seek out their services.
