Direct Homes Property Services Inc., has been manageing our property for the past year. We own two wotnhouses and one single family house in Aurora that had been rented out. We had been living overseas for three year; when we returned to the States for a temporary assignment in California we switched property management companies. IT was a decision that took us form night to day. Nancy and Dave at Direct HOmes not only cut our repair costs considerably but also kept us informed about our rentals in great detail with monthly staements. Also, Nancy would telephone us to discuss stategies or problems needing immediate attention. All actions which my husband and I appreciated, because all property owners want and need to be aware of what is goin gon with their rentals. Nancy has always been most helpful and she and Dave have handled all aspects of managing our rentals in a thoroughly trustworthy professional manner. My husband and i are grateful that we have a company as caring and efficient as Direct Homes working for us. We have no hesitation in recommending Direct Homes to anyone in need of a top notch management company that takes all the worry out of being a landlord.
