Everything went fine with Service Legends. They were really great about going above and beyond. They could not do the installation for about a week, but they did everything they could to make sure my existing air conditioner would run until they could do it, which I thought was really great of them because it was really hot that week. I thought they were excellent.
When they were here, I met quite a few service guys. All but one were excellent. They were professional, considerate, and really good. The only thing, and I think I've told them this, is that I wish they had something to put on wood floors. They have something to cover the carpet, which is great, and they were really careful. I was just so concerned, as I have a dark, dark wood floor and it dent and scratches easily. That would be my main thing. Other than that, everything was very good. The day went fine. It took them a long time, but they did really good work.
