I don't know if it is the affluent area that they are in, but they seem to assume that everyone who walks in is 1) Made of money 2) totally devoted to their pets and therefore willing to do anything it takes. I sort of felt they were milking me for whatever they could charge me, sort of the way an auto mechanic will look for trouble spots in your car and then recommend expensive repairs. Don't get me wrong, I think they are good vets and do provide good services assuming you can afford every last thing they suggest. I just wish they'd get to know the individuals and the animals a little more first. Also, beware that you will be charged for every little thing there. You'll be nickeled and dimed until you've spent $250 just for an annual checkup for your pet! Pros: Professional Cons: Expensive, Manipulative, Greedy
