I retained Dan Margolin to represent me as the respondent in a Dissolution of Registered Domestic Partnership. While he is not gay himself, he represented me just as he would any client in a divorce. I wish I didn't need to add that detail, but I feel it is important for any other potential clients in need of a Family Law Attorney who are in a same-sex relationship. Dan was caring, strong, billed me very fairly, and worked collaboratively with me to achieve a fair outcome, in accordance with my wishes to ""take the high road"". The staff at Stephens Margolin is also wonderful.
