Our experience with AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring was fantastic. We were actually unsure where to go, so I logged onto the Internet and searched for “carpet†and I recognized their name from their advertisements. We went to their store and it was an enormous showroom. Their showroom was overwhelming, but the salesperson introduced himself and he really guided to the areas to focus on. He showed us items that were on sale as well, and I was impressed because he actually steered us away from the more high cost options, as they were not necessary for our room. After that, he allowed us to look on our own. We were give free reign, and we ultimately found something. The price was was to be expected but the outcome was fantastic.
The carpet we chose had a pattern, so they sent a group that specializes in matching patterns according to seam, and they did a phenomenal job. They showed up on time and worked from early in the morning until 8 at night. They are an outfit that AJ Rose contracts with, and we were shocked by the outcome. We have a lot of pattern and it needed to be cut very carefully and put together very carefully. The job was done beautifully.
They were all very professional. Our sales person was very nice and accommodating. He actually came to the house personally, which I guess he is supposed to do to measure, but he even sent a box of cookies afterwords. We are very pleased with the way everything turned out. Initially we thought we would not have enough carpet, but the installers were able to bind and seam the carpet to put it on the stairs, which we did not expect.
