Review content:
We were emptying my parents home and had to sell the house because they were moving into a retirement home. We needed to have the carpets cleaned, and they were looking pretty rough. They were in pretty bad shape when we contacted AJ Rose, and I expected them to say that we would have to wait like four weeks before they could come in.
A couple days later, they had a cancellation, so they were able to send someone out. The guy was great, professional, and friendly. They said he would arrive between 10 and 12, and he was there at 10. I thought everything of the work he did. I am not exaggerating, the carpet looks new. My entire family was shocked and thrilled with the job. It's just superb.
He was a nice, friendly guy, who I would highly recommend. I live an hour and a half away from Natick, and I even asked if he'd be willing to travel. It was a very good experience. He's great.
