Jen is thorough and super knowledgeable. I am so overwhelmed with how much better my skin is doing. She was so informative and did extractions till the cows came home, which is what I needed most.
She really customized the treatment, not just doing the usual ritual, same for everybody.
She is amazing. I will NOT be going anywhere else in town again. She is by far the best facial I have EVER had. Can't say enough :)
