Review content:
After banking at this branch for many years, I have canceled our personal as well as business accounts. Customer service was non-existent, information was poor and wrong, and the fees on the accounts were ridiculous. Chase seems more interested in their bottom line and having their employees say, ""Welcome to Chase!"" as if they've never seen you before. I am fed up. There are many more banks out there that know how to do a much better job of taking care of their customers. At one point they even had to send me to a local bank to set up a checking account for my son who was under 18 because their policy was anyone under 18 was too risky, even with a co-signing adult. But the final straw was when I waited 3 weeks for a manager to call me back about a problem. Obviously my problem wasn't important to them because no one called. Now after all this, I cannot access any of my online payment history even though the manager who closed my accounts assured me I would be able to. No one seems to have a clue around there. Beware of Chase.
Cons: Bad information, Bad service
