Josh arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked us through a few different scenarios - our refrigerator problem was the worst of all the options – a dead compressor. He said they don't replace the compressor because it would cost $600 - $700 and would extend the life by a couple of years, if we were lucky. We had to purchase a new refrigerator - not what we had planned. We appreciated his honesty and would definitely recommend Pitstop for appliance repair. 2 thumbs up!
