The Benjamin Franklin representative, Ed, was the consumate professional. Heimmediately jumped into the task, assessing the problem and strategizing a repair. He worked very efficiently, explained all aspects of the problem, and how it could be fixed permanently. Ed was transparent with what needed to be done, and why, in a very friendly manner. He explained in advance what the exact cost would be and checked several times with me on my satisfaction with his work and progress. I would and have used this firm since.
