Review content:
Said they would do radiator flush on my gf's car Friday.No call on friday.Went Saturday to get in the trunk,told to wait while he got car off the lift.Walked to window and saw him pull the car into the garage,then came back and told me I could get in.No call Saturday,Sunday.Called Monday at noon.Tells me i need radiator flush,radiator cap,serpentine belt and thermostat totaling $480+.Tell him do needed repairs,tells me I need the thermostat and flush,repairs definitely done that day.Monday,no call.Tuesday noon call to say car is ready.Bill:1hr+flush,11/2hr+thermostat,$90/hr labor,$200 w/out parts. $20+shop fee,$15+ for haz. mat.(coolant I guess).I pay the bill,guy starts car,my gf leaves in car.That night I ask her for my key back,tells me she doesn't have my key she used her own.Called that night to let them know,they tell me they'll call me when they find the key.Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday no call.Canceled check on Friday.Called me Tuesday of the next week,threatens to call police and some nasty insults.Tried to explain why I canceled and said I'd pay reduced bill if key was returned.Told me there was no way he'd reduce the bill and If I wasn't there by 5pm the cops would be at my door.Went on to say that he'd for sure get his money and that he'd enjoy having the cops make me pay.
