Review content:
i am new to the area and found them on the internet and figured they couldn't be all bad since they'd been around for a while. unfortunately, i was way wrong. i brought a brand new shirt that needed to be taken in at the seams. easy enough. when i went to pick it up, it was the worst job i'd ever seen! the seams and lines of the shirt were completely uneven. fabric was sticking out. and the owner simply said 'well, your arms will be covering it up anyway'. as if i'd never lift my arms up. so when i asked for a discount, he refused. he told me he'd 'try again' to fix it, but that it could 'make things worse'. so of course, i just wanted to take it elsewhere. when i'd refused to pay full price, he said he wouldn't give me my daughter's ballet costume back which i'd also taken in to be altered. so i ended up being yelled at, and having to pay full price (in order to get her recital costume back) for alterations that i'd still end up having to take somewhere else to be fixed, since he couldn't guarantee a better job and i didn't want to risk it. save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
Cons: poor alterations and customer service
