Kudos to the whole team for running a friendly, honest shop. I called in the morning and they squeezed me in same day for a brake job. He needed to get parts, but was able to get them the SAME DAY. Instead of making me wait around, he gave me a ride home and then picked me up when the car was ready. They probably could have sold me a bunch of work I didn't need, but he didn't. Instead, he patiently explained why my brakes were sounding funny, showed me what to look for, and even showed me my worn parts at the end of the job. Thank you for the great work!
