Review content:
This company is an utter disappointment. They put their ridiculous policies before their clients and in return have no responsibility to those clients in areas of important communication, like the loss of their swim instructor. Their main front office point of contact is rude and should probably consider a job where interaction with other people is not necessary. They have lost me as a client forever and I will do whatever I can to take as many people with me. I will be sure to never recommend them and will steer any potential clients as far away from them as possible. They have definitely messed with the wrong lady on this one. Sorry, Kinder Swimmer but in the long run, when you put policy before people, your business will suffer for it.
