Amen to Jessica S. The story is so much the same it is scary. Amanda was so knowledgeable and pleasant, she was the main reason I purchased from them. After they got my 50% deposit, which was thousands of dollars the nightmare began. Lost material, damaged material, my appliances had to be canceled twice, installer finally shows up with the material but no prep material or tools, then when he does come back to install it he installs is short of the agreed upon point and there are literally dozens of lumps from debris he left under it, cancel the appliances again, Then when he comes back and takes it up to clean out the debris and puts it back down it has an indentation and fold line. Oh don't worry about it they will disappear in a week or two, you can go ahead in 4 days and put your baseboards in. Of course since it is cut too short now Amanda says there is not enough carpet because of the way she calculated the room for only 24 feet not 24 feet 4.5 inches. It only got worse, the
