Review content:
We were customers for many years and even had yearly plans. Last year when our air conditioner broke and we called for service telling them we were preferred customers they told us it would be two days before they could get out here to fix it. This was in July and that was unacceptable so we called other companies to see who could fix it sooner. When our plan was to be renewed we decided not to but only use Frymire when something breaks as you put in the units and they were still under warranty. I would not recommend your company.
