Review content:
I had my cat boarded here over the holidays, and the front desk staff was very rude while they checked her in. She is diabetic, so I had the necessary supplies along with her schedule for insulin shots ready. I tried to go over the instructions for her care (the time span between her insulin shots, eating habits, etc.) and was brushed off. \r \r The kicker was when I tried to give them her old needles for proper disposal - they are considered medical waste and should be given to the proper companies for disposal so they don't wind up washing ashore on the beach. I was that they just toss the old needles into the trash. I grabbed the containers of old needles and dropped them off at the SPCA where I normally dispose of them. \r \r I cannot express how appalled I was at the horrible attitude of the employees. Do not be fooled by the new building and nice interior - this place is disgusting.
