Review content:
When picking up my items, the driver came *alone* to move my home with stairs. He hit my neighbors parked car and a tree while driving to the location. I had to pay for a seperate shuttle service to get the items into the moving truck because he was unable to load the items into his truck.
When my belongings arrived and were unloaded by only one mover, many were damaged because they had been dragged along the cement. I had to help him move some of my stuff so it wouldn't get damaged and it could get moved up the stairs inside my apartment.
My delivery was not scheduled properly so I had to stay with a friend while waiting for my delivery.
