I bought this home and in the fall, I had D & M Heating & Air Conditioning come out to check out the furnace. The furnace wasn't even a year old, as the previous owners had just had it installed, so there were no issues there.
Then, this spring, I had them come out to look at the air conditioner, which was about thirty-years-old. They explained my options, that I could either repair the air conditioner or have a new one installed. The decision a no-brainer, they installed a new air conditioning system. When they left, everything was nice and clean, you wouldn't have even known they'd been here.
I think they're honest and great to work with.
