I was a pleasure working with Colorado Cleanup Services, Inc. to perform repairs on my condo due to flooding in March. In my experience, it is rare to find a contractor that focus on quality and service. The majority of contractors I have hired in past have not focus on quality of their work. This can be quite a frustrating experience. That was not the case with Colorado Cleanup Services. The moment I called them they went right into action. The lead man Jake was outstanding throughout the who project. He communicated regularly with me on the status of my repairs. He was excellent with my tenants. He communicated and schedule the work based on their availability. He answered all of their questions. He made sure that the debris was minimized while the working on my unit. What impress me the most was his dedication to doing a great job. He double check and triple check the work that was being done on his own. When he was not happy with something, he brought his workers back in to fix it. By the time, I came to look at the final work there was nothing to complain about. It looked amazing. This is the first experience with a contractor, where I did not have to keep on them, worry about what the work being down on my unit. I can't tell how nice this was. I highly recommend this company if you need any work down due to water damage. Thank you Jake and Colorado Cleanup Services for outstanding quality in your work and making this experience painless.
