I was just searching for Dr. Trapani's phone number to schedule an appointment and I was shocked by the negative review! I have never reviewed a business before, but I felt compelled to respond. \r \r All of my children, as well as many neighborhood children, have seen Dr. Trapani. He is very outgoing and friendly. Maybe the other reviewer was looking for a quiet and reserved doctor. My children love him because he isn't so serious that they are scared to death! He, and the other orthodontist really talk to the kids, tell them jokes, etc. And they always give them a pack of sugar free gum when they leave!\r \r Dr. Trapani was also extremely mindful of getting the maximum benefit for the minimum price. He told me that although many orhodontists do first and second phases, he only does first phases if absolutely necessary since a second phase usually needs to be done anyway and adding a first phase just raises the total cost. \r \r Because of extenuating circumstances due to a broke
