Hello everyone! I have just read the review by Suzanne and have a question for her. How would you know it's the wrong size and color if you never saw the wig? You state you were there on 12/26 but according to the records, the conversation concerning a refund actually happened over the phone. The owner agreed to give you the refund and did so while you were still on the phone with her. Even after you got what you wanted, the afore mentioned refund, you still decided to contact Visa. The owner has been in business for 40+ years and has always maintained the highest level of professionalism and the highest quality products. I will continue to patronize this establishment and encourage others to do the same.
