Review content:
Due to hair loss, I purchased a wig for 613.00 on 12/18. Owner encouraged me to pay 15.00 for express shipping (she wanted me to have it by Christmas). It arrived on Friday but Linda (owner) couldn't accommodate me (she closes at 5:00 and I would have not arrived until possible 5:30 due to my job and an oncologist appointment). I offered to come on Saturday but she curtly replied that she was closed on Saturday. She said see you after Christmas. I arrived on 12/26, tried the wig on and found that not only was it the wrong size but the wrong color. She reminded me that there were no refunds. She asked that I return the next day to look at other options. Unfortunately, I was ill from chemo/kidney stones and could not make it. I called her, reminded her that I did not want the wig and wanted a refund since my card had been charged on 12/18.
