Review content:
By the time the window cleaners got to my unit, the last one of the day and after cleaning 7 other condos in my building, the workers told me the building was very dirty, it is my opinion the workers were very tired because some of my windows were streaky and the corners of some were not cleaned. The workers were very pleasant but they did not receive communication from the owner my unit was to be $70 off the price because I secured 7 condos for cleaning-essentially generated business for them. Also, the two units on the 4th floor did not have their exterior windows cleaned because the workers did not bring an appropriate height ladder. Windows were cleaned on Sunday. Workers said they would be back to clean the exterior 4th floor windows. They had not come back by Wednesday. I doubt they will since the workers travelled from Melrose Park to Evanston, which is far away. I hoped the 4th floor owners did not pay for the cleaning. Both of these issues were addressed to the owner one week before the cleaning and again the day before the cleaning. The workers gets a 3 stars for my unit, but I'm sure the ones that got their windows cleaned first probably got a better job. For the owner, I would give him a one star review for neglecting to tell the workers the arrangement of the discount and for not getting a ladder high enough for 4th floor units. This is especially true because the owner was short with me on the phone both times I called before the cleaning. I construed it to be rudeness. in light of his words, "they've been cleaning windows for a long time and will know what to do." Wrong ladder - wrong price!
