Review content:
We were referred to Pantheon Homes by a coworker who had built with them and had a good experience and was able to get good equity, but I read a couple negative comments so I was bit hesitant, but after talking to them, talking to other builders and realizing that they had even more negative feedback we felt comfortable and moved forward with Pantheon and I am sure glad we did. Not sure why those negative feedback, but experience was very positive we went a bit over but not because they baited and switched us like they did in the first home we built, but because we choose to add a two decks instead of one and finish off part of the basement when we realize we were coming in at budget and in some lines a bit under. Even though we went over our budget it was because we chose to do so and we got it at cost. After working with Pantheon and realizing how many things can go wrong in building a home and g that there are people that you will never make happy, even if they get 95% of it right. It worked for us and we're sure glad we did more research on Pantheon, than making our decision on a few negative reviews.
