Review content:
We were adopted by a middle aged cat about 5 years ago. We have no history on him before he came to live with us.
We took him to paws & claws to get a check up and shots, then to have a bump removed off his side (it his skin) & dental work.
Then last winter he got REALLY sick with an URI. We couldn't get him to eat or drink, we were so worried! Dr Pollock was so wonderful! She is amazing with Roswell, and does a great job explaining what is going on, what she is trying to accomplish and what to look for at home.
She called multiple times to check on him.
He now has high BP and his kidneys are failing, so we have to give him sub-Q fluids. Dr Pollock calls and checks on him and us. And I never feel rushed - she spends as much time with us as WE need!
You can just tell how much she loves animals! She is amazing!! The techs and reception staff are great too - they always great Roswell, give him pets and hugs when he gets cling-y, and are great with the stressed out kitty's mom and dad!
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone! They are slightly more than some chain vets, but the care and ""service"" you get is unmatchable - the extra couple (literally) dollars is worth it!!
Pros: Best Vet Care in the NW (at least!)
Cons: little (very little) more spendy than chain vets
