1 star is really too high! I ordered on Saturday and didn't hear, even receive an email from them so I used their chat option on Monday. "Jeff" was more busy trying to sell me a website rather than address the problem. I asked him why would I buy a website when they hadn't even delivered on their logo work! He said he woudl send me an email with an update by that evening...never done. On Tuesday I got a call from a gentleman explaining they don't work weekends, so no work had been done yet, and he offered no idea when it would be done. Today Wednesday and I haven't heard anything from them.
They were very quick to process my AMEX, so today I was equally quick at asking AMEX to deny the charge.
Don't use these folks.
