If I could give them 0 stars I would. We ordered tile and was told by the Deer Park manager that it would be there in 5 business days... two weeks later, no word from them so I called and they told me they expected it ""any day now""... another week went by with no word, I called again ""Oh we'll look into that, you should have it by now""... apparently there was no way to track a delivery truck from Wisconsin to Deer Park, so they could not get me a status... another week went by with no word, I called again and was told it was shipped to the wrong address and then sent back to the warehouse in Wisconsin but that they fixed the problem and I'd have the tile in three or four days... after six days I called again and they still didn't have it nor could they tell me when they would get it... on top of that, they have caller ID and did not pick up my call unless I used a different phone because they did not want to be bothered providing any kind of customer service... DO NOT buy from these arrogant LIARS - they held up my renovation for over a month - I never got the tile so I had to file a claim against them with my credit card company... when I informed them that I filed a claim and that I was not paying for tile I never received, they laughed and said ""The credit card company will pay us anyway"" and then hung up on me! Their attitude was indifferent and obnoxious every time I spoke with them... they are the absolute WORST! STAY AWAY!!!
