My experience was overall great. Monique was my saving grace. She was tireless in making sure I was taken care of. She called me sometimes daily if I missed her call. If it was not for Monique my experience would have been rated 1 star. Things started off badly. My pick up date which had been set up almost a month. Was changed without my input. Which left me stuck in a residence that I was supposed to vacate. Which meant I had to pay rent on two different places. Not to mention totally messing up the people moving in behind me. But as I said Monique worked very hard to help make my experience great. The movers were very professional, friendly and fast. Except for the first pickup date, they arrived when they said they wood. All my things were delivered without damage on a clean and organized truck. Thank you Monique for all you have done. Job Number 1021622206 Mr. Wesly
