I recently had a massage at Napolitano and it was horrible. I must have had the same therapist that an earlier reviewer had because this gal was just bad. She had what looked like a massage textbook in the room so maybe she's still in school??? Well, she needs to stay there and learn to give massages. She seemed to not know about pressure point and finishing the rub. The hand and foot massages were jokes, my one year old applies more pressure than she did. I will definitely not go back to Napolitano for a massage.
That being said, I've had a pedicure and a facial there and they were both really great; probably one of the most fantastic pedicures I've ever had.
They could probably use to upgrade the ambiance a bit. Maybe a new coat of paint and some new carpet.
Pros: great prices, great pedicures, great facials
Cons: parking, fairly loud, bad massages
