DO NOT ALLOW XOUT PEST CONTROL SERVICE YOUR HOME!!! My family moved into our new home & discovered their were pest residing&we contacted XOUT PEST CONTROL (among others). Explained to technician our problems&concerns, their pricing & initial offer was extremely competitive to other providers. We'd been advised from National provider about this company, but according to BBB they seemed check-out ""OK""...We received our initial treatment & was suppose to receive second treatment 30days later starting our quarterly service agreement. XOUT PEST CONTROL did not come back or contact us to alter servicing!!! We had pest re-enter our home & had to result to trying to fight off pest ourselves, afraid to enter another service agreement until we dissolved this agreement. XOUT Pest Control sent a technician to our home 90days later&we showed them the additional issues they caused NOT returning. Since we had been completely disregarded as an ""consumer"" with their company, we wished to take our business elsewhere. The same gentlemen that initiated our service agreement, became a tyrant over the phone. He advised us it was their error & they'd discount the pricing but we had keep service agreement or they'd send to collections!! Save your family time, effort& additional money in having to get an attorney with dealing with this company(as I had to)...Only wish listened to National Provider & NOT try save a buck, because you always pay in the END!!!
