They came out to repair our old AC twice, then it broke down in a really bad heat wave, and we had to totally replace it. They came when they said the would, and they cleaned up. We had a one foot thick pad of concrete that the AC was sitting on, and it was in front of a window. They weren't equipped to remove it, but broke it down with sledge hammer, and relocated the AC unit. We had to have it removed later. This wasn't their fault. We also ended up needing a larger sized pipe that they didn't have at the moment, and they went back for it and didn't charge us. There were no surprise charges, and they cleaned up.
