Review content:
Two days ago (7/9) I had my tires rotated at Firestone and everything seemed fine. The next day I went to work. After work I was driving home and my car started shaking and a terrible noise was coming from the tire. I thought I had a flat but I got out and checked and nothing seemed to be wrong. I got back in and started driving again and the car started wobbling and the grinding noise started up once again. That was at about 3 in the afternoon which is the beginning of rush hour traffic on highway 62. I didn't have money to pay for a tow truck and I had no idea what was wrong so I continued to drive home slowly. In all I drove about 34 miles that day (17 both ways). I dropped the car off at home and my brother and I went in and talked to the bald gentleman at Firestone who said that whatever was wrong with my car couldn't have been from a tire rotation. Sure enough, today I took a short drive with my brother so he could witness first hand what was wrong with my car and he found out all the lug nuts on the driver's side tire were loose. We could take them off with our hands and no strain. This was causing the tire to shake and the grinding of the metal in the tire is the sound I was hearing.\r \r I called them today but their manager is gone for the weekend. He's supposed to call me back, but we'll see what he does. I'm definitely calling him. I can't believe they could have forgotten something like this. They risked my life and the lives of the people on the road with me. I wish I could give them a zero star rating. I will never do business here again and I urge anybody who is thinking of it not to as well. They don't care about your car or your life. Pros: They were done fast enough Cons: They risked my life and the lives of all the drivers on the road around me
