My previoius visit, I was told an oil change would be about $19.95. I was charged that amount. I quit Jiffy Lube because they always find something additional to charge you. On this visit, I was told the oil change would be about $19.95. Brought the car in and was driven to my work(Good). Got a call that I needed wipers and a break light bulb installed, and that would be $71.00. I understood that the $71 was to be the total cost-my misunderstanding. It seems to me that to install wiper blades and a light bulb for $71 is a little excessive. When I got home, I looked at the bill and the "Orgninal Estimate was $29.31 and not $19.95. In summary, I did need wipers and the bulb, just thought that expense was a little high. And I think I was charge about $10 more for the oil change.
