You don't often allow yourself to think of a storage place as something that you have awesome feelings about, but as with most things if good folks are tending the shop, your experience will be more pleasant. I had a unit with these guys for 5 or 6 months and have nothing but good things to say about the facilities or the staff. The units are in awesome shape, easy to access and very clean. But the staff quickly communicated anything that I needed to know. I liked the facilities, but would be a repeat customer or recommend Ultimate Storage tor friends because of the folks they have working there.
