Review content:
We used Provident for our recent move from West Harlem to Jersey City. We reached out to Provident and several other companies for a quote a few days before our move in date. It was pretty straightforward to get a quote, and theirs ended up being the cheapest option. They also threw in some free boxes and tape.\r

A couple days before our move, we discovered we had about 15% more cubic feet of boxes/furniture than we were initially quoted for. We called Provident and were told that the floor manager would have assess on the day of. \r

The movers showed up right on time for the move, and we were quite impressed with how efficiently they moved everything into the truck. Within minutes of arriving, the team swooped in, grabbed the boxes and moved on to wrapping the furniture. After the floor manager reviewed our extra items, he didn't include any extra charge. \r

Overall, quite happy with Provident I thought this whole experience was going to be far more complicated and painful.
