Review content:
Rats are not cute, I don't care what the movie says and a name like Willards for a extermination company? Too freaking funny. I love our Willards guys. Yes, he knows his stuff and can think like a rat. We were having an issue and Mark, the guy who came out figured out where the little rat b*stards were coming in and made sure that it was now impenetrable. Later, we had another issue -- roof entry. He walked into our house and noticed that we no longer had a dog or cat. He spent over two hours figuring out where the perpetrator entered and determined where he might be hanging and voila, the next morning we had the culprit. Yes, they are not cheap, but they are awesome. They still come by every few months to bait our outdoor feeding stations, well worth it.
