This was the worst experience I have had at a grooming salon. They did not tell me that they closed early and then called me to tell me to come pick my dog up within an hour. My 2 year old daughter was napping and it was a 30 minute drive. After not informing me that they were closing early and giving me short notice, they wanted to charge me a fee for being late of quite a bit. I said I wasn't going to pay because they had not informed me. They said that I would not be welcome back. Never ever again will I return here.
