It was very easy for Commercial Steam Team to schedule an appointment and work with my time. The people they sent arrived on time, were really friendly, and explained what they were going to be doing. They helped move our furniture and get things set up so they could clean the carpet effectively.
They educated us on how to remove stains and even gave us a free stain-removal chemical to try out. The work was quick, and they sent back a fantastic-looking carpet. There was a great followup call making sure we were happy with the service as well.
