Review content:
We purchased one of Stacey Petrea ""custom"" home in 2006, it was eight years old (built in 1998). 2010: Two new AC Systems, added insulation to attic, installed radient barrier. 2012, New Roof (leaked) this was weather related.. 2012: Master bathroom re-modeled, no proper ventilation or proper type of sheetrock for moisture in the shower. Completely torn out and re-done. Much Mold. 2013: Hall bathroom being remodled, electrical code voilations, void in slab under bathtub never filled in with concrete (ants and dirt), cheap chaep chaep...no code enforcement by this builder at all. very cheap/poor quailty. Both in the construction and materials used. There is a huge difference from doing the bare minimum and excellence. This is a ""bare minimum"" build quality. The plumbing had code voilations, no cleanouts. Only one near the back of our home. I come from a place where when you build something and put your name on, you take pride in it to ensure it is done right. I guess Mr. Petrea just does not care about the finished product down the road, which leads me to believe he only cares about making money. Typical and everage are good enough. Very sad, but is what most get these days. Quality is optional?
