Review content:
The service rep pointed out issues that caused me to conclude a condition did not warrant "fixing", which I appreciated. Cleaning of living room, stairs and basement hall was quite satisfactory. Rep "sold me" on having a second person come to clean dryer vent and install a warning meter device. When the second person came later, he indicated that the solid vent would not take the device; a condition that the first rep should have/could have made clear to the second one before he made the call. Bottom line is I feel I was sold a bill of goods with regard to the vent cleaning and device, which I went ahead and purchased, hoping that another member of the family could use it. In my opinion it was about $140 of zero value. That is what causes the two star recommendation and total experience poor rating.
