My moving experience with Dave Poletti was great. They were pretty prompt about setting up an apartment viewing and then sending all the necessary paperwork (basically everything is done via email).
I was able to be very thorough on the move-in inspection checklist, so as to avoid paying for damage I didn't cause once I (eventually) move out. The leasing agent (Aurora) was even pointing out specific things I should note. It was nice to feel like the property management was on my side. I was also able to add things I hadn't previously noticed after I moved in. For example, the water pressure in my shower wasn't great and they had someone within days come in and replace my shower head and fix the knob. Now my place is perfett!
