I am overall writing a rating on the management of this dealership. Shortly after my review was noticed by management, I was personally called by the owner. He assured me how sorry he was to how my husband and myself were treated. He really was sincere. We had a 30 minute conversation about the overall situation that occurred at the dealership. I informed him how appreciative I was for the call. These guys really hold themselves accountable for all of their employees. You can't undo anything you've already done, but you can face up to it, and for that I thank you guys over at Escondido Auto Super Center. I would DEFINITELY give you guys another chance. THANKS AGAIN!
