Our Outdoor Paradise\r \r \r After going to a home show in Cypress, we were interested in an Outdoor Kitchen for our home. We had two of the companies that were displaying their work come out to provide us a design as well as a bid. After receiving the two I felt I should look at one more company to make sure I was not only getting a good price but the best design based on the small area that I was working with. \r \r I did a search on the internet and came across Outdoor Homescapes. I talked to Wayne that same evening, told him that I was interested in a full kitchen, sink, refrigerator, double burner and a 36” grill but only had a 5’ X 6’ area to put it in. Wayne came to our home the very next evening and had a design that worked very well. At this point I had eliminated one company and it was between Outdoor Homescapes and one of the companies that I had out from the home show. The other company’s price was a bit higher but I wanted to discuss making a few changes based on some of Wayne’s suggestions as well as an updated bid. After making 3 calls and waiting 2 days with no response, I chose to give the work to Outdoor Homescapes. The job started 3 days later and was completed in less than 5 days… To be honest, I was having a hard time picking my stone, travertine and accent tiles fast enough to keep up with his crew. Speaking of the crew, their only goal was to provide great customer service and to make sure everything they were doing was to my satisfaction. They went as far as returning and hand selecting travertine and accent stone because they wanted all the stone to blend as much as possible.\r \r We have only had our outdoor kitchen for two months but we use it just about every day and absolutely love it! \r \r I’m not quite sure what has created the bad reviews between April 9th and May 13, 2013. With the exception of one review on September 18, 2012, all reviews have been very positive. As I stated above, an internet search is how I found Outdoor Homescapes and if I had seen bad reviews I would have never called them never the less hired them to build our kitchen.\r \r Outstanding company & yes I would hire again!!!\r
