We used the shuttle service for round-trip transportation between Jacksonville Airport and the St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Club. John was our driver on both trips (arrived on a Tuesday in June, returned the following Friday). He was prompt,very friendly and appealing, knowledgeable about the area we were about to see. We could not have asked for a better driver. On our return trip from the resort to the airport, he was prompt - even early - despite the fact that he had another passenger in the car as well. I know this is your business, but it still cannot be easy to accomplish. And of course it was utterly important, as we had a plane to catch. So...wholesome, pleasant, educated driver; prompt service; familiarity and affection for the St. Augustine area, where were were traveling. It was perfect; another couple in our party used the service the day after we left - however they had another driver, as it was John's day off. Should we return (and we definitely hope to), we will certainly use Airport Shuttle of St. Augustine again - and hope we also see John again. By the way, this was one of 3 or 4 shuttles mentioned on our destination's website; I just picked it randomly, got very lucky!
