My friend arranged a pick up for me from JAX to St Augustine. I called my friend to inform her that I had arrived and they had tried to contact me by phone but had the wrong number so by the time that I had collected my luggage and left the airport, the lady in the car transfer booth had already been alerted to look out for me and addressed me by name. The car was sent around and I received a call as I was boarding to confirm that I had found the car. I was very impressed with this level of follow up.
I arranged a return trip to JAX via the internet, which was very easy. Although I had confirmation that my payment had gone through, I never received confirmation of my pick-up order so called on the day in question to double-check. The driver arrived early and the transfer to JAX was in very good time.
