I would like to thank Mark with Champion AC for taking the time to get me exactly what i needed when it came to choosing my unit replacement. Mark was the only representative of the five companies that came out that didn't make me feel like i had a used car sales man in my house. He repeated followed up with me every three days and asked me if there was any information or help i needed in making my decision. The other guys just went away when i would not make a decision right then on the spot and some I felt like calling the cops when they would not leave my house. Buying a central AC can be over whelming, especially after seeing what they cost 12 years later after my first replacement. The big pros about Champion; they sent Mark back to my house at the finish of my install. Also, they sent out Charles who is the companies design engineer to make sure i would not have any hassles with the city inspection and make sure his crews did what he asked. As an added bonus, they increased my return and i can feel the difference in cooling form my old unit and they gave me a one year free maintenance agreement. I will say that Champion was not the cheapest in price, but they were no where near the most expensive out there. Some of the prices i got floored me. What Champion AC is asking for in money is less expensive (in my mind) than the value they preform. In closing, if you are looking for a company to replace your system call and ask for Mark at Champion AC.
