Review content:
We have a 5 year old 5T Trane AC, where the same module has failed for the 5th time. The original installer came out after each failure to replace the module but never really looked at the root cause of the problem. Richard Grubbs at Champion AC took the issue seriously and checked out the whole system. He identified the failure to be a result of a return duct that was too small, causing undue strain on the motor module. They fixed it all, and Im very pleased with their service. They gave me fair price, and most importantly, provided excellent workmanship. I would recommend Champion AC to my family and friends but would specifically ask for Mr. Richard Grubbs.
